Opportunity for Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY: The Artie McFerrin Department of Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University (http://che.tamu.edu/) invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. Specific areas of interest include, but are not limited to, bioenergy, alternative fuels, and materials science & engineering. The successful applicant is expected to develop and maintain a research program leading to national and international recognition and to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Department is housed in a new $38 million, 205,000 square foot facility, has 28 full-time faculty and 140 graduate students, and has over $20 million in endowments. Candidates applying for this position must have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or in a closely-related field.
